At your request, True Resources will:

1. Perform a quick overview of your property's suitability for utility-scale project development.

2. If the results are positive, True will sign an engagement letter with you and proceed to collect the information and perform the analysis work required to prepare the property for placement with a qualified renewable energy project development company under a long-term lease agreement.

3. In addition, True will assist you during the lease agreement negotiations.

4. Finally, True will act as your representative during the development, construction, and long-term operation of the resulting project under the lease management agreement.

It is intended that you will not pay any out-of-pocket monies for the engagement services of True Resources.  Rather, True is paid from the rent proceeds from the renewable energy project developer over the term of the lease.
